Delete your Effira Energy account

Here you can request the deletion of your Effira Energy account.

When you submit the form, we will initiate the process of removing your user account and associated personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

What does deleting your account mean?

When your account is deleted:

• your user account will be removed
• personal data associated with the account will be deleted
• you will no longer be able to use the Effira app or services linked to the account

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Important information

• The deletion request applies to the account associated with the email address you provide in the form.
• If you have multiple devices or installations, it may be helpful to include the installation address or other identifying information.
• Certain information may need to be retained for a limited period if required by law (e.g. accounting regulations). This does not affect your user account.
